Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: ERTS) today announced that it has a broad array of games for next generation consoles currently in development, the first of which will be unveiled on MTV's The Next Generation Xbox Revealed. EA's announced next generation line-up will be at the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles, May 18-20, 2005.

EA titles from key franchises unveiled at E3 include: FIFA Soccer 06, Madden NFL 06, NBA LIVE 06, Need For Speed™ Most Wanted, Tiger Woods PGA TOUR® 06 and The Godfather™. EA's focus on character development, animation, gameplay innovation, online play, and graphics will be showcased in its next generation titles.

For the past two years, EA has been concentrating on next generation development, deploying experienced EA designers and engineers onto projects that use proprietary EA technology to experiment with next generation visuals, physics, animation and gameplay possibilities. EA is invested in the development of a wide breadth of next generation products, a handful of which will be unveiled at the Electronic Entertainment Expo on May 18-20, 2005.
